A number of schools are in a disastrous state and were shut down in the aftermath of the earthquake in Zagatala.
The statement came from Deputy Minister of Education Gulu Novruzov.
He said the number of schools is unclear year.
"Currently, the Emergency Ministry continues inspection in the area. If problematic schools are revealed during the inspection, they will be closed for repair".
