President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today received the Russian delegation led by Governor of Kurgan Oblast Oleg Bogomolov. SIA reports quoting "AzerTAc" news agency that Oleg Bogomolov expressed his satisfaction with rapid development in the country since his last visit to Azerbaijan.
