Today OSCE has held a monitoring in Fizuli region.
Participants of the monitoring first met with executive head of the region Ali Aliyev.
Aliyev said that the Armenian army frequently violated ceasefire and caused tension along the frontline. They especially fire at residential areas. Then the participants of the monitoring headed to the frontline. The monitoring ran in Ashagi Veysalli village.
The monitoring ended without incident.
