The joint work of three countries - Azerbaijan, Turkey and Iran - may lead to creating a common market in the region, Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi said at a press conference on Wednesday.
"The main point is that the leaders of the three countries, where over 170 million people live, have the political will," Salehi said.
He said the parties continue negotiations and consultations for converging positions.
"We are branches of one tree, as one soul in three bodies. This spirit is reflected in the declaration signed in Nakhichivan, but it does not to say that there is no disagreement between us," he said.
