Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, monitoring of the contact line
on Terter-Agdere highway was conducted on October 4.

Teymur Abdullayev told that Coordinator of the Office of Personal
Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Imre Palatinus, field assistant
Khristo Khristov and representative of the High Level Planning Group Vladimir
Reznikov conducted monitoring on the Azerbaijani side, field assistants of the
Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Anthal Herdich, William
Praroy and representative of the High Level Planning Group Michael O’Connor
conducted monitoring on the opposite side of the contact line.
