Azerbaijan-Turkey High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council to convene in October or November, Turkish ambassador
Turkish ambassador to Azerbaijan has said a meeting of the Azerbaijan-Turkey High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council will be held in October or November.
Hulusi Kilic praised the two countries` military cooperation, saying "it is expanding day by day".
"Azerbaijan`s army is becoming stronger, and today the country has one of the most powerful armies in the region."
On bilateral gas agreements, Kilic said experts from both countries are discussing technical issues now.
