Four people have been arrested after a man was shot dead during an "intelligence led" operation in north London, the Met Police have said.
The man was shot as he sat in a black Audi in Bracknell Close in Wood Green, according to witnesses.
Nick Lindsay, who was working on the street, said: The police all come down, they all jumped out of their cars and said 'get down'.
"There was a smash and then the gunshot went off. And then, by that time, police officers grabbed us to move us out of the way."
Mr Lindsay said the "whole thing" last between 10 and 15 seconds.
