French police officials say two suicide attacks and a bombing took place near the Stade de France stadium during the France v Germany game this evening.
The official Gregory Goupil of the Alliance Police Nationale confirmed there were at least three dead in the attacks near two entrances of the stadium and a McDonald’s restaurant.
The explosions went off simultaneously, while automatic gunfire was also heard outside the Bataclan theatre, where up to 100 hostages are being held, and several other reported attacks took place.
French President Francois Hollande, who was watching the game between France and Germany, was immediately evacuated from the stadium following the explosions.
