The unarmed black Texas teenager fatally shot by a white police officer in August at a Dallas-area car dealership had synthetic psychedelic drugs and marijuana in his system when he died, according to an autopsy report released on Wednesday.

Christian Taylor, a 19-year-old college football player at Angelo State University, was shot by Arlington police trainee Brad Miller, who was one of several officers responding to a vandalism call at a car dealership west of Dallas.
