The aftermath of a head-on collision between a bus and a truck in northwest China’s Gansu Province yesterday that left 13 people dead and 50 injured. The accident occurred at about 12:20pm when the bus crossed the center reservation and plowed into the truck near Jiuquan City. The dead included two people in the truck and 11 on the bus. The bus was authorized to carry 55 people but had 61 on board, including seven children.
