Subunits of the Armenian Armed Forces violated ceasefire on Feb. 26 at 3:30 p.m.
As result of fire exchange between the troops, Nohbalayev Karam Shahin, junior sergeant of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan, was killed.
Under the order of Defense Minister, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, the 3rd class medal "for distinguished military service" has been conferred on junior sergeant Nohbalayev Karam Shahin.
The Defense Ministry expressed deepest condolences to the victim’s parents and relatives.
