An Azerbaijani soldier has committed suicide.
The accident took place in one of the Defence Ministry’s military units. Born in 1992, Mazahir Mahir oghlu Abdullayev, put an end to his life.
The Defence Ministry has already verified the fact and said military procurator’s office filed the criminal case. The fact is currently being investigated.
The Defence Ministry’s governing body expressed their sadness over the soldier’s death to his parents.
M.Abdullayev had been drafted into active service from Sabunchu district, Baku in 2013.
