A mother has died while giving birth, SIA reports.
The sorrowful accident happened yesterday in the maternity home No. 5, Sabail District Police Office says.
A resident of Alat village of Garadagh region Zuleykha Khudaverdi qizi Goyushova,born in 1982, gave birth to a female baby.
But her health state got worse after an operation made through a surgical incision which subsequently led to her death despite doctors’ repeated efforts to keep her alive.
Sabail District Procurator's Office is currently conducting an investigation about the fact.
