Turkish shepherd Mustafa Ulker, who was recently injured by servicemen of Armenian Armed Forces, died of his wounds, CNN Turk TV channel reported on Thursday.
Recently, the shepherd, residing in the Turkish province of Kars, accidentally crossed the border with Armenia while looking for a missing animal and was fired by Armenian servicemen. In the aftermath, the shepherd was detained.
According to the head of Akkaya region administration of Kars province Osman Ugurlu, the commander of Turkish border battalion conducts negotiations with the Armenian side on transferring Ulker's body.
