World Bank Country Manager for Azerbaijan Mr. Joseph Owen: “Azerbaijan has all potentials for development of non-oil sector”
World Bank granted $ 2,2 mln to Azerbaijan, said the World Bank Country Manager for Azerbaijan Mr. Joseph Owen. According to him, WB has developed strategy on Azerbaijan for 4 years. It will allocate $ 280 million to Azerbaijan as project and investments. "We have developed projects like establishment of modern capital market and irrigation. Currently, projects on high education spheres are developed".
