"We try to decrease bank interests, cheapen the capital", said chairman of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan Elman Rustamov.
To him, it is important for development of non-oil sector: "First of all, small and medium enterprises may benefit from it".
"In order to protect economic stability and not to stimulate the inflation in the coming years, we think to decrease bank interests", he added.
