Health Minister says vaccination is very low in Armenia

14% of the population in Armenia has been vaccinated against COVID-19, Armenian Health Minister Anait Avanesyan said at a briefing after a government meeting on October 7.

According to her, 14% of the Armenian population got one or two shots. Avanesyan acknowledged that this figure is meager.

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan criticized the Ministry of Health for the low level of vaccination at today's government meeting.
