An "e-mühasibat" information system will be established in Azerbaijan, APA reports.
That this was reflected in the proposed amendment to the Law "On Accounting" discussed at today's meeting of the Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani Parliament) Economic Policy, Industries and Enterprising Committee held today.
The draft law defines the objectives that the “e-mühasibat” information system should provide.
Thus, the "e-mühasibat" information system creates the opportunity for accounting entities that will conduct accounting electronically to submit financial statements electronically, and also provides them with access to the necessary resources related to accounting (official texts of international standards published in Azerbaijani, links to officially published electronic texts of legal acts regulating accounting, software and educational information that ensure accounting).
The draft law will increase efficiency in the submission of relevant information by entities that must conduct accounting electronically, including budget organizations, as appropriate, make accounting transparent, optimize control measures, and implement them more efficiently and with fewer resources.
