Representatives of Russian youth organizations and members of the Syrian community staged a sit-in in front of the French Embassy in Moscow to show solidarity with Syria and its people and denounce the US-western stances against Syria.
Participants in the event said that they will not permit an aggression against Syria, and that the NATO and Al Qaeda are two faces of a single coin because the leaders of the West and the US defend cannibal terrorists in Syria, SANA reported Tuesday.
The participants denounced the statements made by French President Francois Holland in which he said that his country is prepared to join a war on Syria regardless of the position of the Security Council, saying that Barack Obama is the same as George W. Bush and that Holland is the same as Sarkozy, as they all attack countries and states in total disregard of sovereignty.
The participants, holding Syrian and Russian flags and banners denouncing the western plans to attack Syria, said that Syria is fighting international terrorism on behalf of the whole world, lauding the heroics of the Syrian Army in combating terrorism and extremism.
