Rebels demand the Columbia authorities to legalize coca and marijuana

The rebels of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) on Wednesday put forward a proposal to the government on the legalization of marijuana and coca plantings and refusal to prosecute farmers involved in their cultivation, the head of the rebel delegation at the talks with the government, Ivan Marquez.
