4th Extraordinary Session of the Islamic Summit, which held in Saudi Arabia (Mecca) during 14-15 August, continued with the discussion of important events that took place in the Muslim word. After broad discussions the organization adopted resolution on specific matters with regard to the situations in Syria, Mali, Palestine and Myanmar.
OIC member states adopted a Final Declaration in the end of the summit where each state expresses its own position on the discussed matters. 4th Session's Final Declaration also denounces Armenia for its aggression against Azerbaijan and called for immediate withdrawal of Armenian troops from the occupied Azerbaijani territories.
