Azerbaijan`s Consulate General in Aktau has organized a commemorative ceremony to mark the 23rd anniversary of the Khojaly massacre, SIA informs citing the AzerTac.
The event brought together students, officials of "Friendship" Azerbaijan`s Cultural Center in Mangistau Region, public figures, representatives of Azerbaijani Diaspora and journalists.
Azerbaijan`s Consul General Rashad Mammadov informed about the Khojaly genocide committed by Armenians against the peaceful people of the Khojaly town of Azerbaijan on February 26, 1992.
