Azerbaijan is to take measures on employment of former prisoners.
Professional training courses will be organized in jails to ensure
further employment of prisoners in compliance with President-approved
State Employment Strategy Program 2011-15.
It is also proposed an increase of production sections on the territory
of correctional institutions and the measures on further provision of
jobs for female and juvenile prisoners.
Development and realization of the measures is scheduled for 2011-15.
