A one-year-old girl died while receiving treatment for head lice, police confirmed, SIA reports citing the CBS News.
Police say that the girl suffocated after a plastic bag was put over her head. The family covered her head in mayonnaise before leaving her unattended. A bag sitting on her head slipped over her face, said police.
An investigation is underway and no one has been charged.
