Three Turkish construction engineers travelling on a minibus in the eastern Afghan province of Nangarhar have been killed by a suicide bomber, a provincial official has told, SIA reports quoting the BBC.
The provincial governor's spokesman said the attacker had driven a motorbike packed with explosives into the bus in the city of Jalalabad.
The engineers were building a centre for Afghan police in the province.
No group has so far claimed responsibility for the attack.
However the Taliban will be the main suspects, as they have in the past targeted foreign workers in Afghanistan.
