According to the information received by 112 call center of Ministry of Emergency Situtation, one man was left helpless behind the locked door in a house in Binagadi district of Baku. According to SIA, rescuers of Ministry of Emergency Situations have immediately reached the incident site.
It was later found out that the man had not reacted to phone calles and the door being knocked at repeatedly. The rescuers have entered the house, which was on the 5th floor of a nine-storey building, abiding by security rules and descending from the balcony of the neighbouring flat and managed to open the entry door.
During forensic procedure, Aladdinov Kamran, who was born in 1979, has been found lifeless in the bathroom. After the initial medical examination by the doctors of Urgent Medical Aid Station it was found out that the K.Aladdinov had passed away.
