At least 23 fighters from Hezbollah were killed and more than 70 wounded in clashes with Syrian rebels in the western city of Al-Qusayr on Sunday, the opposition Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.
SIA, citing CNN, reports that Qusayr, near the Lebanese border, has been fiercely contested by rebels and the Syrian regime for weeks.
Both rebels and the Syrian forces have claimed to control parts of the city.
