A quake hits Shamakhi region of Azerbaijan.
Republican Center of Seismic Service of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences told that the magnitude-3 quake struck at a relatively shallow depth of 4km at 20-36 by local time, about 18 km south-east of Shamakhi region.
The quake was not felt.
