Two soldiers have died after one of them opened fire at an unnamed military unit in Tartar District, southwest Azerbaijan.Conscript Mammad Abbas oglu Mammadov opened fire from a sub-machine-gun and killed conscript Emil Gilman oglu Hasanov because of a dispute, the Defence Ministry press service told.
Mammad Mammadov then committed suicide.Two other soldiers were wounded as the sub-machine-gun was in automatic mode. They are reported to be in a stable condition.A criminal case has been opened and an investigation is under way.
