In the event of the death of a prosecutor, their family members will receive a conditional pension.
This was stated in the law "On labor pensions" approved by President Ilham Aliyev today.
According to the law, in the event of the death of a labor pensioner who is entitled to receive a pension supplement as a prosecutor or a prosecutor, a conditional labor pension for the length of service of the deceased prosecutor or a labor pension received as a pensioner for family members who are entitled to a labor pension for the loss of the head of the family and the amount determined in the form of the ratio of 80 percent of the pension supplement to the number of family members, the difference between the amount of the labor pension for the loss of the head of the family determined by this Law shall be paid in addition to the labor pension.
It should be noted that according to the new article 1.0.1-1 of the Law on Labor Pensions, conditional labor pension will be the amount of conditional pension calculated in relation to the salary(security costs, government salaries) on the date of death of the person when calculating the labor pension for the loss of the head of the family.
