He has congratulated the Azerbaijani people on the occasion of the liberation of Karabakh from the occupation: “We are proud of Azerbaijani people and the army for liberating their lands from the occupation. Due to our warm attitude towards Azerbaijan, we still do not recognize Armenia. We operate in the field of further strengthening relations among Azerbaijan, Turkey, and Pakistan. I hope that this brotherhood and cooperation will further strengthen.”
