The Military Prosecutor’s Office will be freed from subordination to the defense agencies, including the Defense Ministry.
SIA reports that the law on "Prosecutor’s Office" will be amended on it.
Up to now the prosecutor’s offices were supplied with the material and technical base, service building, transport and communication means, as well as the other provisions by the Defense Ministry and command of forces type, the military formations, as well as the protection of the service buildings was ensured.
By the amendment, the corresponding item will be extracted from the law on "Prosecutor’s Office".
Hereupon, the financing of the prosecutor’s offices, including repair and the other provision issues will be realized on account of the state budget. The protection of the service buildings will be realized not by the servicemen, but the employees of the law-enforcement bodies.
