The rule about national flag is established

The procedure of lifting or placing of the national flag along with the flag of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces has been established, according to SIA.

The phrase of "the flag of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan" was added to Item 8.2 of Article 8 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
