Permanent representatives of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Contact Group on Armenia's aggression against Azerbaijan have begun a visit to Agdam, APA's local bureau reports.
The permanent representatives will get acquainted with the war crimes committed by Armenia in the liberated Aghdam region.
