President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has addressed the participants of the international conference held in Shusha with participation of the heads of the ruling parties of the members and observer countries in the Organization of Turkic States.
According to SİA, the letter was read out by Adalat Valiyev, Head of the Presidential Administration's Department for Relations with Political Parties and Legislative Authority.
