A Pakistani man was arrested for committing fraud against Indian citizens under the guise of taking them to the United States, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan told SİA.
As a result of the next action implemented by the police officers in Baku city, Shahid Kamran Ali, a Pakistani citizen born in 1993, who was suspected of defrauding three Indian citizens who came to the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan, was detained. He allegedly promised to help the victims to go to the United States of America and seized their financial resources. Investigations into the illegal acts committed by Shahid Kamran Ali are ongoing. If there are other people affected by his actions, they can report it to the police.
