Selcuk Bayraktar, chief technology officer of Turkish technology company Baykar and the architect of the Bayraktar unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), has left for Shusha.
According to SİA, he visited the Jidir Plain.
"We have no designs on anyone's land. However, those who have designs on our land, we will fight by all means - high technology, science, and so on- to the end," Bayraktar said.
