"The nature of events is changing. The Russians are trying to somehow maintain the combat effectiveness of their units. But this effectiveness is declining," Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov wrote on Facebook, SİA informs.
"This is evidenced by the enemy's refusal to continue the attack. Relatives of victims and captives have begun protesting in Russia. The lies of Russian propaganda are being revealed. The enemy is afraid of direct contact with the Ukrainian defenders. Therefore, they target peaceful cities from a distance.
Residential buildings and schools are being hit from Russia and Belarus. However, the Kremlin will not achieve the result it desires. Many of our cities and villages are now destroyed. However, the worst affected are Kharkiv, Mariupol and Kherson. Nevertheless, we will definitely win," the minister stressed.
