The European Union is not at war with Russia but currently supports Ukraine, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrel said, SİA informs.
"Sanctions are needed, but it is not a policy, it is a reaction to the situation. We need a diplomatic solution to the problems that arise," he said.
Borrel also said it was irresponsible to talk about nuclear war. According to him, creating a European army is not on the agenda now.
