"Turkey has once demonstrated that it supports peace and diplomacy in the normalization process with Armenia," said Omar Celik, spokesman for the ruling Justice and Development Party, SİA reports.
He noted that flights with Armenia are resumed, but it took a long time to reach this point.
Celik has also added that the Patriotic War has made an opportunity for happening of this normalization and peace in the region.
"These normalization steps are taken with the consent of Azerbaijan," said Celik.
