The total number of people evacuated from Batken region reached 27,358, First Deputy Minister of Health and Social Development Aliza Soltonbekova told a press briefing on May 1, SİA reports citing AKI Press.
Medical and pscyhological assistance is provided to all of them, she said.
Among 27,358 displaced people children make 15,505. They were evacuated from Ak-Sai, Ak-Tatyr, Karabak, Samarkandek, Jany-Jer, Kulundu villages.
