The judge examining lawsuit of chief of General Staff of Armenian Armed Forces Onik Gasparyan uphold it which means Gasparyan continues implementing his duties as chief of the General Staff of Armenia, SİA reports citing Aysor.am
The lawsuit has been temporarily upheld. The court banned appointment of new chief of General Staff.
Lawyer Artur Hovhannisyan told that he has not received the relevant act from the court and will provide information on Thursday.
He said he just has information that the application has been taken into proceeding.
