SİA reports that the statement came from Ishkhan Sagatelyan, the official representative of the Dashnaktsutyun Party of Armenia. He said that Vazgen Manukyan, Serzh Sargsyan, Robert Kocharyan, Artur Vanetsyan and others met regularly.
Sagatelyan said the movement planned to hold a large rally on February 20. According to him, Serzh Sargsyan and Robert Kocharyan will not speak at the rally.
