Armenian President Armen Sargsyan has been infected with the coronavirus.
SİA informs this was reported to RIA Novosti by the Armenian Presidential Administration.
"Sargsyan underwent surgery on his leg in London on January 3, and the operation was successful. However, it was discovered that he was infected with a new type of coronavirus. The test was positive," the statement said.
It should be noted that Sargsyan spent the New Year in London with his family.
