Azerbaijan`s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov has met with Spain`s Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation José Manuel Albares in Madrid.
During the meeting, ADA University and the Diplomatic School of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation signed a Memorandum of Understanding.
The document was inked by Jeyhun Bayramov and José Manuel Albares.
The MoU will give impetus to cooperation between the two countries in the field of education and exchange of knowledge.
