After Azerbaijan's victory in Karabakh, an important opportunity arose for permanent peace and stability in the South Caucasus, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlud Çavuşoğlu said this at a joint press conference after meeting with his French counterpart, SİA reports.
Cavusoglu stressed that the negotiation process between Turkiye and Armenia and Azerbaijan and Armenia should be supported.
