On August 25, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov, who attended the meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council as a guest within the framework of his business trip to the Kyrgyz Republic, met with the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadir Japarov in Cholpon-Ata. The press service of the Cabinet of Ministers told SIA that Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov greeted Prime Minister Ali Asadov and other participants of the meeting, including members of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council and the heads of government of the states participating in the event as observers and guests.
The Prime Minister conveyed the greetings of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to the President of Kyrgyzstan.
Asadov also touched on issues on the bilateral agenda of Azerbaijan-Kyrgyz strategic partnership.
