The establishment of the National Assembly Youth Network is the second important initiative after the establishment of the National Assembly Parliamentary Network in the direction of the establishment of the Non-Aligned Movement based on the initiative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The headquarters of the organization will be located in Baku. In addition, regional offices will be established in other regions represented by the member states. The organization will be chaired by the representative of Azerbaijan for the next 3 years.
The establishment of this organization was positively received and supported by the representatives of the member states participating in the UN Youth Summit, and gratitude was expressed to Azerbaijan for this important initiative that unites the youth of the UN member countries.
On October 4, 2021, with the transformation of the NaM Youth Network, which was created on the initiative of Azerbaijan, into the NaM Youth Organization, this institution, which unites the youth of the NaM member countries, has gained easier access to international platforms.
