On July 21, an educational event was held in connection with President Ilham Aliyev's speech at the meeting dedicated to the results of the six months of 2022, held on July 15 of the current year, jointly organized by the YAP Neftchala district organization and the Neftchala District Executive Authority. Ulvi Farzaliyev, chairman of the YAP Neftchala district organization, Vasif Aliyev, deputy director of the social-political and humanitarian affairs department of the office of the head of the Neftchala district executive authority, chairmen and members of territorial party organizations took part in the event held at the Neftchala district Heydar Aliyev Center. Ulvi Farzaliyev, the chairman of the YAP Neftchala district organization, who opened the event with an opening speech, informed the participants of the event about the main issues touched by President Ilham Aliyev at the meeting dedicated to the end of the six months of the current year, spoke about the successes of our country in the field of foreign policy in recent years and the growing reputation of Azerbaijan in the international arena.
Ulvi Farzaliyev noted that, the 120 countries of the world that are members of the Non-Aligned Movement, once again showed great confidence in Azerbaijan and noted the importance of extending our chairmanship until 2023 and the special role of the successful foreign policy of the head of state Mr. Ilham Aliyev in this matter. Later, the chairman of the regional organization informed the event participants about the close cooperation with the European Union, the presentation of new projects by Europe to Azerbaijan and the steps taken in the direction of the development of American-Azerbaijani relations.
Vasif Aliyev, the deputy head of the social-political and humanitarian affairs department of the office of the head of the Neftchala District Executive Power, speaking about the steps taken by the head of state for the development of our country and the successful policy, brought to the attention of the event participants that the work done in the economic field in six months is a clear example of the results of these reforms. Vasif Aliyev also expressed his opinion on Azerbaijan-Armenia relations and mentioned that despite the passage of 1 year and 8 months since the Patriotic War, the other side did not fulfill its obligations. He emphasized that the efforts of the Armenian side to revive the Minsk group are pointless. As Mr. President said, the inactivity of the Minsk Group, which did not produce any results for 28 years, and the termination of this institute by the co-chairs were noted. Later, Konul Mammadova, director of the Neftchala district Heydar Aliyev Center, spoke about "Azerbaijan's energy potential is of great importance for many countries", and Ilgar Hasanov, head of the Neftchala district executive authority's office, "Department for the organization of work with the participants and families of martyrs" spoke about "Azerbaijan's Karabakh and Rebuilds Zangezur" on the topic, Jalal Rasulov, head of the Neftchala district Finance Department, on the topic "The budget did not grow only as a result of the increase in oil prices", Elshan Hatamov, the representative of the State Social Protection Fund in the region, on the topic "Wages have increased during the last period", Neftchala DAIM lawyer on the topic "Indicators of economic growth " and gave speeches on the topic.
After the speakers gave their speeches, discussions were held around the said topics.
