A meeting was held between the delegation led by David McAlister, the Chairman of the European Parliament Committee on Foreign Affairs, who is on a business trip to Azerbaijan, and the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources, Mukhtar Babayev.
Azerbaijan and the European Parliament exchanged views on environmental protection, reducing the negative effects of climate change, and discussed the expansion of cooperation with the relevant institutions of the European Union at the meeting, the institution's press service told SIA.
